Chapter 2

Faith's Particulars

I Am the Way

Unfortunately, with all the chaos in the world today most people have lost their way. Their on a path that leads to nowhere. Oh surely we have the Brady Bunch athiests, agnostics, skeptics who raise their children outside of God, send them to college and off they go into the hectic business world. Indeed they look like they're a great asset to society, but deep within they are frustrated, empty, and confused.

They go about their lives pretending nothing's wrong, but their arrogant attitudes reek of insecurities of all kinds. They have lost their way and cannot find the peace and joy that has been granted to us all.

The good news is, there is a better way, a way that leads to a life of abundant success - success in EVERY area of our lives. Jesus is the way! He knows the way to where you want to go. You have a path that has been selected specifically for you, and that path will take you safely through life. Of course there will be trying times, because we're in the world, but there is a much easier way than the one we have chosen to go.

If you're on the wrong path, the one that lead to nowhere, say aloud, "Jesus You're the way. Show me which path You have selected especially for me! Show me which way I should go".

Did you know that Jesus is the truth! Do you want to know the truth about your situation? Ask and you will find. Is money a problem in your life? Perhaps your income outweighs your expenses, so you spend more than you make. If that's the case, you may have to cut back, find a better paying job, or maybe part time work would bring the extra incomeyou need.

It could very well be that it wouldn't matter how much money you made, it would never be enough. We're suppose to be responsible for what we have, and if we're already struggling to maintain our obligations, having more would only become a bigger burden. We must meet our obligations or suffer the consequences. Ask God where the problem stems and what can be done about it.

Perhaps the problem is your relationship? Has everything gotten out of hand? Does the spark seem to have flicked out so you cannot see the bond that has been formed, so you have quit trying? Do you take your mate for granted? Did you jump into this relationship before thinking, now you're in the arms of total stranger?

Having no relationship at all is better than an abusive one, and those who believe anyone is better than no one will reek havoc in their lives. I believe God made one mate for every person, and if we jump into relationships just to fill a void, we could miss out on our God given mate. God knows what makes you complete.

When problems come do you place the blame on your mate, or do you take responsibility for your own actions? Placing blame keeps one from getting to the root of the problem and from creating the wonderful realtionship you're hoping to have. If this is the situation you're in, Jesus can help you. He will show you how to overcome this problem and faith will lead you to this truth.

Jesus is the life! He will bring life to your dreams, relationships, and financial situations. He will give you life in the fullest, right here on earth, and that life will lead you into eternity, but you have to have faith in that.

God has created His children to be fun, full of life, and filled with abundance. The truth will bring you into that quality of life. When you have faith in God and His chosen Words, you will be joined with Him in the truths and not illusions.

Satan strives to keep us from knowing the truth. He wants to bind us from what is real. He will tell you that the life of a Christian is confined and there are too many rules, but this is one of his many lies. God gives us the freedom of choice, but satan tries to control all of our actions. God's words bring us gently into agreement and open our eyes to the truth.

"Guard what has been trusted to your care. Turn away from Godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge, which some have professed and in doing so have wandered from the faith" I Timothy 6:20-21.

You have been given many wonderful things in your life, but all the negatives in the world have blinded you so you can't see what they are. God wants you to recognize them so you can be responsible for them.

We have to take responsibility for what God has given us. If He gives you a ministry, discipline yourself to do the work involved. Whatever talent you have been given, use it to the best of your ability. Teach yourself to be responsible and self-disciplined in whatever you are doing at the time, and God will give you more. Develope a responsible behavior!

God has given you life, a place to sleep, food to eat, and a heart to love. If you want a life of ultimate success, you will have to turn away from all hostile and adverse conversation and false information. Listening too and heeding worldly knowledge will keep you from recognizing the truth. Satan will steal your faith if you don't seek the truth from the Bible.

The Bible is our foundation. It's the gospel truth and it states the facts. It releases us from deceptions, lies, and everything that isn't as it acutally is. The Bible helps us see clearly so we can judge things right. It gives us the ability to see what's good and bad and to know the difference between light and darkness. God's Words enable us to make right decisions and right choices. God's wisdom gives us the ability to know the difference so we can act accordingly.

"Lay hold of my words with all your heart; Keep my
commands and you will live. Get wisdom, get understanding;
so not to forget my words and swerve from them"
Proverbs 4:4-5.

This is the passage to your ultimate success. Hold on tight to God's words, keep them in your memory and obey them. And most important of all, believe in what He is telling you. Seek wisdom and understanding and do not deviate from His prescribed course.

Lighting The Fire Within

Meditating on God's Words supply fuel, fuel for a fire. It starts with a glow, then radiates within and stirs you into action, along with your faith. It will move you and excite you; it will set your faith on fire. Your faith will become energized, because God's Words activate.

Searching God's words you'll begin to recognize the truth which will inspire you to want to learn more and examine things more closely. They adjust to bring us into agreement with God's required conditions. The word rectifies, amends, emends, reforms and remedies. The Bible is also profitable, but only when we walk in harmony with the truth and follow His instructions.

"The Spirit of man is the candle of the Lord searching all the inward parts of the belly." Proverbs 20:27

Your spirit is God's candle which gives you the ability to see what's within. It gives us a passion for knowledge and illuminates so we can see our path into the future.

You are filled with an abundant supply of creative ideas, and God lights a fire so you can search within and find them. He shines a light on all the wonderful things He has in store for you. When you read the scriptures and think about them, your ideas will begin to glow and become brilliant.

This is how it works:

When you delve into the scriptures God gives off such love tha emits a spark, and as you continue in His words, they radiate your whole interior and begin searching for the treasures you hold within. He lights the way to see within and brings out all joy and good things that are buried deep within. He ignites the stairway to your riches in heaven, so you can see exactly where you are going. You hold on the inside of you, a magnitude of valuables, wealth, and riches. They are stored in the deepest darkest part of you. When you let God light your candle, He will release those treasures, but only after you have stored enough of His Words in your heart. When your heart is filled to the fullest, they will burst out of you so you can collect, then you will have room to restock. Good things overflow when you stockpile His Words in your heart.

This is what I want you to do next

Pick up your bible! Start searching through the scriptures. When you find one that inspires you, one that makes you feel good, start meditating on it and don't go any further. You will actually feel a warm glow on the inside of you. That will be God's inspiring you to search further. His words will start a flame burning in your heart. They will set you aglow.

You have been given all of God's creative ideas and abilities and when you touch upon them they will excite you. It's happening right now. They are going to fill you up and explode in you like an atomic bomb.

When this ole world starts getting you down, Jesus will literally come and set you free. He will release you from your burdens and bring you into the kind of life you were created for.

Unveiling Your Treasures

"Guard your heart with all vigilance, because out of it flows the issues of life."
Put away perversity from your mouth; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.
Let your eyes look straight ahead, fix your gaze directly before you.
Make level paths for your feet and take only ways that are firm.
Do not swerve to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.
Proverbs 4:23-27

Do you really want abundant success in your life? Do you want the treasures God has reserved for you? Do you want to be free from all the evils of the world? If the answer is yes you will protect your heart from all negatives and everything that keeps you from your goal. Stay alert so you can detect danger, and beware of harmful situations.

Remove yourself from the critics and condemners of the world, and get rid of ego, because out of your heart flows the issues of life. What are the issues of life? They are the fruits of the spirit which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Without these essentials there is chaos, unsettledness, and sin.

Trauma in our lives causes fear, doubt and anger. Surely when sickness, disease, death of a loved one, or financial distress attacks, it is very difficult to keep our mind off the negative and on the positive. We talk about our sickess and sorrows to our friends, and they agree, "Oh, I'm so sorry! It must be horrible! My neighbor just died of that same disease...or she never did get over her divorce". These words are detremental to faith and will keep you bed ridden and heartbroken...they will steal your peace and joy.

You see, whatever comes into your heart produces seed, takes root and grows. The seeds of love, faith, prosperity, and health are the good seeds, so keep them in your heart and weed out the bad ones. Faith opens the door to the fruits and brings them into a ripe and plenteous harvest so you can collect your treasures.

These fruits have been placed within and you want to find out where they are buried. God has given you map (the bible), then lights a candle in your spirit so you can see them. This candle guides the way, and the closer you get, the brighter the light becomes, and the more you stay in the Word, the closer you get to your hopes and dreams. God has given you everything you need to find your ultimate success package, all you need to do is use it.

God has created a variety of treasures for you which are talents and ideas, then He gave you His wisdom and knowledge so they can be found. He has saved you from hell, and has delivered you from every disappointment in your life.

He has come to give us life; to save us from death; to heal the sick; to cause the blind to see, the deaf to hear, and the lame to walk. He came to mend the broken hearted and to release us from the curse of poverty.

He came to show us the way; to uncover the darkness that keeps us from our joy. He has came to show us how to release our talents and develop them. When you begin using what He has given you, He will show you how to make them come alive, then He'll give you more. Its unlimiting!

The world is full of limits, "No you can't do this, no you can't do that," but when we look beyond and give ourselves to God, we can go through those limits. Surrendering to God's ways, He crucifies our negative emotions through persuasion, and they're overcome by His authority and brought into moral subjection. We are inspired to submit our feeling through awe and deep devotion.

In succeeding, your thoughts and actions will change and you will think God's thoughts, talk His talk, and walk His walk. Your mind will be transformed to His acceptable and perfect will, and you will enter into the His Kingdom of love.

We were released from the consequences of sin when Jesus came into the world. He came to free us from slavery and to bring heaven into our lives. We were created to have abundance, and lack is a lie of the devil. Jesus delivered us from that lie! If you believe you are lacking in any area of your life, you will have to change your thinking to God's will, as it is in heaven. This act of faith will release you from all deceit.

Your Delightful Place

"For He Himself is our peace, who has made the two
one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall
of hostility, by abolishing in His flesh the law with
its commandments and regulations."
Ephesians 2:14-15

God so loved the world that He came upon the earth to show us how to have peace with one another. He came to break down the walls that were destroying our relationships, through resentment, with the blood He shed. He came to conquer those barriers of antagonism, hard feelings, and unkindness, with His instructions to love one another.

He came to break down the walls that were keeping us out of the kingdom, the ones that were creating havoc here on earth. These walls are jealousy, conflict, backbiting, quarrels, hatred, negative thinking and unforgiveness. You have on the inside of you a delighful place, but you must rid of the barriers in order to get to that delightful place.

"Put your trust in the light while you have
it, so that you may become sons of light".
John 12:36

In order to get to that place of delight we need faith, our map, and our candle must remain lit. That combination will lead you to that receding place that's withdrawn within. Jesus will cast His light upon those places to show you which walls must come down. So set your faith on fire because without full blown combustion those walls will remain.

Faith believes what God says without a doubt. Whatever you believe is true God will tell to faith and faith will respond. Faith will receive any amount you give it, and will work with the smallest amount. "Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust]. For truly I say to you, if you have faith (that is living) like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you" Matthew 17:20. When you let faith work through God's Words and you put your trust in the light, your whole body will begin to shine.

"God is no respecter of persons". God loves every one of us, after all He created us just the way He wanted us to be. He has a deep desire to light everyone of our spirits. He wants us to radiate in faith so He can work through us.

When you love someone and have faith in that person, you will do whatever they ask of you. It is impossible to please anyone without faith. All relationships depend on faith and trust, and that's what God needs before He can produce in our lives.

If you will open up your heart and love Him genuinely, He will return to you whatever you ask in His will. He will build a forest fire for you, and your faith will be red hot. You will know for certain your prayer will be answered. You will be as sure as having a hand with five fingers on the end of your arm and having a foot on the end of your leg. It will be undeniable!

"Give us today our daily bread".
Matthew 6:11

"Lord give us today our daily inspirations, our creative ideas". Unbelievable as it may seem, everyone wants peace... They want heaven here on earth. Fully understanding that you have already been given the keys to heaven, you will become a receiver of His Divine inspirations.

God has given us everything we will ever need. We are not limited in any area of our lives, and faith says, "I have received my creative ideas, my inspirations, my health, my prosperity, my ultimate success". When your thoughts begin aligning with God's thoughts you will see things in a different light. Thus all things will begin changing and come clear.

You will hear God's voice and you'll know it's His by its distinctness. You'll hear a still small voice from within, like a premonition or suspicion; a gut feeling or intuition, which is the direct perception of the truth. God will help you hear so you can prove to others about love, peace, joy and success. You will be able to help others find their creative lives, so their minds can be changed to the truth too. The Kingdom of Heaven is peace and joy in the spirit.

Faith believes the Word of God simply because it comes from Him, so when you find the Words in the Scriptures that say, "I am healed," or "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", know that is God talking to you, and "KNOW" it is true in your heart. Do not accept anything else.

Living A Life Of Faith

Abraham, as it tells throughout the Bible, was the father of faith. God told Abraham that he would become the father of many nations, but who would believe that a man of 100 years old, with a wife (Sarah) who could no longer conceive, could have children and become the father any longer.

When Abraham heard the voice of God he knew, without a doubt, that he would become what God said he would be. He began saying, "I am the father of many nations". He called it the way he wanted it to be.

Abraham was impotent, but his faith could not be shaken when he knew He had a promise from God. "Abraham believed in (trusted in, relied on, remained steadfast to) the Lord". Genesis 15:6. He only believed and kept an attitude of faith, and focused on the promises of God.

Abraham had a great relationship with our Father, and because he knew God would keep His Word, nothing could stop God from doing what He promised. When Abraham heard from God, Abraham began praising, worshipping and thanking Him, because He knew it was as good as done.

Abraham believed without a doubt in his mind, and he and Sarah not only had the child God promised, they lived long enough to raise him. When Sarah died at 127 years of age and Abraham at 137, and he remarried and had six more children. "Against all hope, but believed in hope," and became the father of many nations.

"But the Words were not written for his sake alone, but were written for our sakes also. (Righteousness standing acceptable to God) will be granted and credited to us also who believe in God, who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead." And those who believe God's words are true, the promises will be handed down to them too. Glory be to God!

Although Abraham received what God had promised, God tested Him, and He will test you too. "God tested and proved Abraham and said to him, Abraham! And he said, Yes, Here I am." Genesis 22:1. God tested Abraham by making him wait 25 years after hearing the promise. Most of us would get impatient and give up, but not Abraham, he stood his ground in faith.

Sometimes God waits until the very last minuet to bring an answer. Your answer may not come exactly when you want it, but it will come and when it does, it will be right on time. God will test your faith and reveal a new miracle revelation for you too, but only when He knows your faith is authentic.

When you come to the test of your faith, God is telling you that He is ready to give you the greatest blessings ever. When He asks you if you are ready answer "YES", and whatever it is, or whatever it takes, answer God and say, "Here I am, I am ready to receive". Tell Him you are ready.

Plant that seed of faith and reap a harvest. Grasp the truths and transform your life into the greatest move of God's powerful blessings ever. No matter who you are, where you have been, or what you have done in the past, God wants you to enter into His abundant success Now!

If you are in need of finances, a home, of health, or in your business... If you're wanting in your dreams, goals, or ideas; no matter what you need, release your faith and step up and beyond and into the world of God's heavenly blessings, and He will give you His best. Reach out to God and He will reach out to you. Let Him release His supernatural powers into your life today.

He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done,
but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing
of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured
out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior
Titus 3:5-6

Jesus loves you...who is you? You and you and me and you, and His loves endures forever. Because of His unconditional love, He wants to save you. Indeed the day of the cross, the day His job was "FINISHED" you were saved, but didn't know it because you could not believe it, thus you could not receive it.

You didn't think you were worth of the cross, the suffering you put God through, but it matters not to Him because He loves you. It is by God's mercy and grace that we are saved from every rotten thing we have done in our lives. All you must do is ask God for forgivenss and He will wash you clean and make you new again. He will wipe your slate clean, and your past will seem like it never happened.

"The kingdom of God is at hand; repent ( have a change of mind which issues in regret for past sins and in change of conduct for the better) and believe (trust in, rely on, and adhere to) the good news (the Gospel).

Faith is you runway for flight, and when you run with Jesus you will soar to the heavens - you will fly like an eagle. Talk to God now and tell Him how you feel. Let Him know, through your actions how much you really do believe in Him...not simply in Him also in what He is able to do. Tell Him you're ready to receive His promises and you'll do whatever it takes to receive.

Admitting to God He is the most powerful, and the most wonderful, and the most awesome, instead of ourselves or man, we release faithfilled words into the universe and they reflect back. Let God know how Great He is and He will tell you how wonderfully you are created. Therefore I urge you to release your faith, and let faith do her perfect works.

Believing In Our Heart

With the heart man believeth unto righteousness
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Do you believe in all the good things life has to offer? Usually we do because that's what we want. When this is confessed and and put into action, we are saved from the power and consequences of sin and re-created unto righteousness.

Salvation simply means being saved from danger or evil. Believing with all your heart God saved you from sickness, disease and all the evils in this world, His promises come alive. You are then delivered, saved and protected from anything that tries to harm or destroy you. You are saved from satan and from yourself. Believing in the word of God will cause an amazing effect in your life.

But we need to hear what God is trying to say to us. If you are having a difficult time hearing God's voice, perhaps ego's in the way. More often than not, we think "WE" are all power so God's Words go unheard. When we part from God our own voice becomes loud and clattering, and our ears become deaf to His voice.

On the other hand, when we rid ourselves of pride and realize our flesh is not associated to the spirit, that it's the flesh trying to outdo God's wisdom, we will then hear an unmistakably clear voice with a staggering fascination.

Jesus said it shall be done for you as you have believed. Do you believe Jesus is able to do heal your situation? Or are you like doubting Thomas? Doubt is the killer of all success stories and when you want your ultimate success, you'll desire faith in God more than any other thing.

"whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]." Mark 11:24. Do you believe in your heart these words? Write down exactly what this scripture means to you, and write in detail. All things are possible to him who believes, so believe this with all your heart then whatever you ask will be given you, amen.

Lastly in this chapter you will need to know what James says about doubt. Take the words below and reflect upon them so you can keep from wavering and losing everything you ask.

"It must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord, [For being as he is] a man of two minds (hesitating, dubious, irresolute), [he is] unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything [he thinks, feels, decides].

Walk by Faith

*Believe God's Words With All Your Heart*
*Keep Your Faith Alive*
*Don't Let Doubt Steal Your Promises*
