The Baptism

Scripture speaks very little of Jesus in adolescence, although we do know He studied diligently in the temples. John the Baptist appeared first, as an adult, preaching in the desert of Judea saying, "Repent, for the kingdom is at hand." This was to fulfill the profit Isaiah's Words, "A voice of one who cries: Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord (clear away the obstacles); make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God!"

John came to prepare the way for God to baptize in water those who wanted repentance, to cleanse them of their sins. John baptized in water to make a way for the Lord to baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Jesus came from His hometown Galilee and appeared at the Jordan River to be baptized by John. Jesus said baptism was the fitting way to fulfill all righteousness. And when Jesus came up and out of the water, behold the heavens were opened and John saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settled on Him. "And behold, a voice from heaven said, This is My Son, My Beloved, in Whom I delight!" (See Matthew 3:15-17; Psalm 2:7; Isaiah 42:1).

Jesus was baptized in water to show, as an example, how to prepare ourselves righteously for the kingdom. It's a particular in God's operation that every Christian should follow. Submerging ourselves in water is for holy purposes, for purification, to destroy worldly contaminations. It washes the spirit clean and makes ready for the empowering of the Holy Spirit, the Anointing.

"Verily verily," Jesus said, "I say unto thee, unless a man is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God" (See John 3:5). Being born of water we reappear as a heavenly body, revitalized, made ready for a new state of conscious awareness. It prepares the way for the quickening of the Holy Spirit, so that new hopes, and dreams can be restored.

"If we have become one with Him by sharing a death like His, we shall also be (one with Him in sharing) His resurrection (by a new life lived for God" (Romans 6:5). We share in Jesus death, burial and resurrection by going beneath the water to be buried and coming out, resurrected, made anew. When you follow God's steps and do as He did, the heavens will open up and God will deliver you His Spirit filled with power and with strength. He will empower you with His anointed oil of love.

Paul the apostle wrote, "We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism unto death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious (power) of the Father, so we too might (habitually) live and behave in the newness of life."

The water baptism is the first part of God's plan to restore heaven here on earth. Jesus was baptised by John because God told Him to too. He did whatever his Father said, and He was well pleased. But, because of stubbornness of heart, often we skip this step believing we were baptized as a child. But a child cannot be baptized, for a child is innocent and they automatically go to heaven. Baptism is for those who have sinned and want to be saved.

And John urged, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the Name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of and release from your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (See Acts 2:38). This gift Scripture says, will appear to you in tongues resembling fire, and it will settle on you and spread throughout your entire being. God's Holy Loving, Warm Spirit will permeate within your soul and give you utterances in other languages.

Then, God will pour out His divine counsel to you and give you visions, dreaming dreams to come. "And I will show you wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth beneath, blood and fire and smoking vapor" (Acts 2:19). You will see visions, divinely granted appearances, and He will make known to you the way of life and immerse your soul with joy, with and in His presence.

Like a dove God's Spirit came down and settled upon Jesus, anointing Him with the Holy Spirit, with strength, ability and power; how He went among doing good, curing all who were harassed and oppressed by the power of the devil, for God was with Him. (See Acts 10:38).

Love is the greatest motivator of all time. It actually works miracles. When God infuses you with His love you will be motivated to do things you never could do before. You will have remarkable energy with an uncanny abilily to exert effort for the accomplishment of a any task. You will feel like you are on cloud nine, when God shines on you.

Let's Take a Deeper Look Into The Anointing

Surely it's difficult to believe that anyone could love us with such a genuine, faithful, righteous, enduring love. Jesus said that with man it cannot be done, but God does not love like people. He said that we cannot love without God's love in us, because we love because God first loved us. Without this realization, there is no love the heart. And without loving our purpose for life drifts right on away.

You need the anointing! You need the empowerment of the Holy Spirit so you can go about the world and do amazing things. You need love more than any other thing on earth...You need to realize the Love God Has For You.

The anointing is the ultimate power and presence of God - His unyielding, undying, saturating and penetrating love. It's your reward for choosing Him to be number one in your life. Our power and eternal life is in the anointing because it destroys the yoke and removes the burdens from our lives. The Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost and power preps up our instincts way beyond their natural capacity.

The anointing is the power of the resurrection manifesting in our lives. It is the miracle worker Who transforms our everyday mundane life into a life of miraculous dreams and wonders. Jesus came to preach the Word, to prove the Word, to heal and to make a way for our return home, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. It can manifest in anyone's life when put into action and carried with faith and love.

Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and Christ is the Anointing. When you receive Christ into your heart, you receive the anointing. Christian means Christ within, therefore the anointing is within you. When you accept Jesus, you accept Him as your Lord and Savior to secure the salvation of your soul - to save you from eternal perdition.

When you receive Chris, you receive the anointing for significant healing and working abilities. It is the divine supernatural influence given for medicinal purposes. It soothes, heals and comforts when we are sick or dying. When you accept the anointing you are born again, and sickness is healed by that same anointing.

The anointing, especially in a spiritual sense, enables one to understand. It enlightens with superhuman knowledge causing the Truth to come clear. "You have been appointed by (you hold a sacred appointment from, you have been given an unction from) the Holy One, and you all know (the Truth) or you know all things" (I John 2:20). When the Holy Spirit is poured on you, you will know that no lie can ever come to the Truth.

God anointed Jesus of Nazareth to anoint you, His beloved, with Holy power Spirit and might. Thus when you accept Christ as your Savior, the Anointed One, the heavens will open up and you will see into the supernatural. Then you will remember the truth unto your special purpose and billowing surges of power will work effectively through you to carry it out.

The anointing is God's extraordinary loving Spirit, which works powerfully and miraculously through you. It supplies with intellectual powers and magnifying abilities. It empowers with unlimiting strength and know-how, and refreshes and supports your soul. Yes, even your tongue will have the ability of speaking with great authority and influence-conveying fine description and right thinking, easily and with perfection.

It is the anointing that allows us to do all things through Christ Who motivates and fits and strengthens us. It is not Jesus Himself Who strengthens us, it is our faith in His Powerful dynamic spiritual force. If indeed you are a Christian, the Anointing is within you overflowing with power and might.

Moreover, the anointing is the inner strength that empowers us to resist outside influences. It supplies with the determination to cast down carnal thoughts, desires and actions. It empowers with persistence, strength of character, and endurance. It is the anointing that gives us the desire to share in the tree of life and in righteousness and hallowedness.

And it is through Jesus that we receive the Holy Spirit, for He says "I will baptize you with the Holy Spirit." Without acknowledging Jesus as the Son, the Spirit of God in the flesh, He will not cast His pearls (holiness) within your heart. But, through the love of Christ you will be filled with God Himself and your entire being will infuse with the radiance of life beyond measure. For it is the love of Christ that controls and urges and impels us.

EVERYONE WHO believes (adheres to, trust, and relies
on the fact) that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah) is a
born-again child of God; and everyone who loves the
Father also loves the one born of Him, (His offspring)
(I John 5:1).

This is the qualification required to receive His righteous sonship. Love Jesus as He loves you. Love God your Father, with all your heart and all your mind and all your soul. And when you follow His instructions and are mindful of His teachings, you will receive His resurrection, His glorified body and divine testimony. Then you will have His same anointed mind and ultra visions, where the depths of understanding and knowledge is made known about true reality.

"For the bread of God is He Who comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world" (John 6:33). Jesus, the Bread of life, came to fill us with the anointing, the power that raises us from the death of our hopes and dreams and takes us to our place of success. He came to propel our thoughts, talk, actions and learning abilities. He came to fill us with the power that produces crystal clear understanding to discern from the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of err. He was sent to you from the Father Himself so you may live a productive life through Him in His love. In this communion with Him you will be brought to absolute completion, healed in a perfect way.

If you are a Christian, then the anointing is within, and "the burden shall depart from your shoulders, and his yoke from your neck. The yoke shall be destroyed because of fatness (which prevents it from going around your neck)." (Isaiah 10:27).

O the wondrous anointing, which is God's powerful yoke pulverizer and affliction eliminator. It removes the heavy weight that presses strenuously upon our shoulders and lifts the cross we bear. It destroys satan's stronghold. Poverty, sickness, disease, heartache and burdens are yokes, and the anointing is the love oil that unlocks the coupling that links the two of us together. It destroys insufficient supplies and delivers an abundance of everything we need.

You Must Protect The Annointing

The annointing must be protected against all differences and prejudices. Satan is the spirit of division! He will cause disagreements between two people to divide and separate them. He points out their dissimilarieies and creates mass organizations to destroy the house of God.

Therefore, when you receive the anointing, be sure to protect it with all your might. When the Holy Spirit came upon me, the spirit of quarreling, debate, and unfavorable opinions became very prominent. Out from the cracks in the walls oozed a monopoly to judge the validity of my character and abilities. In the spirit of anger I neglected to protect the anointing, instead I protected ego.

Consequently, instead of putting away from me all that distracts, I fought to justify my actions through dispute and tedious works. Considering the outside world from past experiences, I claimed the doctrine that a person's concern with their own good is the basis of morality. Perceiving myself as an special being distinct from others, the anointing was left unprotected; thus the power became ineffective.

"You shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be my witness" (Acts 1:8). God cannot work effectively within until all discrepancies are laid aside. How can we give testimony when we stand divided? Only when we are free from prejudice and personal opinions can we testify to the dynamic workings of the Spirit; the homogenous workings that unite all things together.

Pointedly, it is the anointing that provides miracle power to produce amazing results. It empowers to conquer impossible feats so you will testify on God's behalf. Your labor will be prompted by love.

God claims us as His own by putting His seal upon us, and giving us His Holy Spirit in our hearts as the security deposit and guarantee of the fulfillment of His promise, (See II Corinthians 1:22). It is God Who establishes us with Christ and anoints us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was anointed and went about curing all who were sick, and His Spirit, in the most extreme degree, heals way beyond medical science. Without exaggeration, it has astonished even the most brilliant Physician's! The anointing is the substance that heals the mind, soul and body, and it heals by faith. Martin Luther King concluded that salvation rests on faith in the anointing, not in merit, and the Catholic church finally agrees.

In other words, God values belief over action, although behavior does matter - it simply is not the way to His heart. If God valued behavior over belief we could not behave long enough to receive the mustard seed of faith needed to move mountains. The love needed to work miracles. The powerful anointing needed to heal our souls.

Through faith we are anointed with the oil of gladness and of joy. Truth, humility, and graciousness is poured upon our lips where we can ride triumphantly forever, because the anointing is eternal. It activates and moves and lights and ignites the internal parts within. The anointing is undeniably dynamic in its glory, and it astonishes all who receive.

Seek to know the power and the ever increasing glory of the anointing, for that is the High Prize. That is the power that rose Jesus from the dead - the power that will rise you from damnation. Get to know Him and the power of the resurrection, for that is where your victory rests.

It seems unbelievable, but true, when you receive Christ you receive the same anointed Spirit as He, and it will fill you up and gush out of you. Supernatural powers will activate within enabling you to do extraordinary things; things you were incapable of doing before. It makes the impossible, possible.

If you want the anointing you will receive it through the art of worship, and it must be continually replenished. When homage and honor is paid to God, by giving Him great awe and devotion, the heavens open up and the anointing falls and releases angelic powers. The anointing flows when we express our deep adoration and love for to God.

The anointing purifies and makes holy and sets us apart for a higher purpose. It is the very breath of life, and it's poured out for the service of the Lord, to preach, to heal, to conquer. The anointing is the fatness of the oil that breaks the yolk that binds us, and it blesses, sanctifies, consecrates, and ordains.

The Anointing comes before the Glory! The Glory is the Sunlight splendor, that which transforms us into something more splendid, and gives us great performance energy. It also places us in situations that give divine satisfaction by the opportunity to indulge in our specified talents and desires. It is the sublimity of live - the splendor of heaven that honors and beautifies and embellishes.

If you want the Sunlight splendor, intimately acquaint yourself with the wonders of His person. Seek to actually be found and known in Him, and press for the High calling of God. Press for the goal to win the supreme heavenly prize, that you may know Him and the outflowing from His resurrection - a spiritual, moral resurrection - not the final, physical one, which will be the climax.

Press for The High Calling Of God

Paul pressed and pressed and pressed for the High calling of God. He made that his focus, forgetting the past and pressing for the fullness of the anointing. You cannot run a race and expect to win while looking backward...You cannot drive forward while looking in the rear view mirror. You must focus on what lies ahead. Paul pressed forward reaching hungrily for the Spirit of God, seeking to possess genuine goodness and right standing with Him. And Scripture says we should do the same.

Looking backward we fall into pits and traps. On the other hand, the anointing erases our bad memories - the dung that keeps us from the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus. The anointing does not heal the debris from the past, it gets rid of it entirely. In other words, when we are determined to get over it, regardless of our hurt or loss, all the past garbage is made conformable to Christ's death. When our conversation is in heaven, looking for our Savior, the anointing, then He is able to change our vile body and fashion it unto His glorious body.

God's glory appears over us like a halo when we lift up our eyes and look about us. Then, Scripture says, we will look and be radiant and our heart will throb and swell with joy. Focusing upon what lies ahead, we will not think about the sorrow in our heart, the gloom from our former calamities. Instead we will walk in faith praising God, and the anointing will overflow. When your heart is given over exclusively toward winning the trophy at the finish line, you will rise above your circumstances and the glory will appear.

It is the glory that we recognize our preciousness, our surpassing worth, our supreme advantages. The Glory is the omnipresence of God and "His glory covered the heavens and the earth was full of His praise. And His brightness was like the sunlight; rays streamed from His hand, and there (in sunlike splendor) was the hiding place of His power." (Habakuk 3:3-4).

When the glory of the Lord shines upon you, abundant prosperity shall be brought to you. For God said, "Instead of bronze I will bring gold, and instead of iron I will bring silver; and instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron." God's anointed are His special and prized possessions, and He brings to them the riches of the earth. The anointing qualifies us to live eternally in Him imparting into our spirit infinite life, and the Lord will be to us an everlasting light.

Receive into your heart today the anointing, God's undying, unyielding love.

May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle
down, abide, make His permanent home) in your heart! May
you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,
That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and
grasp with all the saints [God's devoted people, the
experience of that love] what is the breadth and length
and height and depth [of it];

[That you may really come] to know [practically, through
experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far
surpasses [b]mere knowledge [without experience]; that you
may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness
of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence,
and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!
Ephesians 3:17-19

You see, death climbs through our windows when sorrow vexes the heart. When the heart loses strength and inspiration, the cords of death entangle and we give way to death. Death is when the Spirit of God is shrouded and we live according to the dictates of the flesh. But through the power of the Holy Spirit, we receive the anointing, which untangles the cords and puts to death the harmful promptings of the body.

Through Jesus Christ, the Anointed One, we receive God's nature and propel the universe in the way He directs. Instead of being unhappy, pitiable and wretched, we are released and delivered from the shackles of the body of death. Thus we are oiled with the exhultant of love where sickness and poverty cannot exist and up rises a spirit of joy and content.

And alas, you will rise with Christ and be seated in the heavenly realm and sit beside Him at His table. You will drink from the cup of wealth until it runeth's over, and you will eat from the richness of His Divine heavenly blessings. An elaborate meal will be served for you in honor of His Name, and you'll delight in the excellence of His Glory.

God speaks through The Holy Sprit, and the Spirit leads exactly in the way He is told. He will tell you what to do, directing, urging, inspiring, and prompting from within. He speaks in an audible voice, also through circumstances, nature, impressions, prophets, visions, and appeals through parables acted out by the prophets. (See Hosea 12:10). The Lords voice is powerful and full of majesty, and splits and flashes forth forked lightening.

Ask any question you will and an answer will be clearly given, for those who are anointed. So then, put on the Lord Jesus Christ in hope of the Glory, and let Him speak to you through His Spirit. Let Him pour down upon you, your children and family, the anointing, the destroying of the yoke. The anointing perpetually flows from generation to generation, blanketing the earth as water blankets the ocean.

It is via faith that the anointing increases in our lives, our futures, homes, loved ones and finances. It takes us to a deeper place, a wealthier place, and magnifies all good things. Paul said, "I want to know God, I want to know the outflowing sunlight power," for that is where our victory is. But we want to know Him more than we want to know the power, for Scripture says, "Glory and honor are in His presence," and His presence is in our worship. You are counted deserving, worthy of the kingdom through praise, and praise anoints with power producing result.

In point of fact, when you accept the anointing you are born again and that same anointing will heal your body and mind. Sickness cannot remain when anointed, for "when He, the Spirit of truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all Truth (the whole, full Truth)" (John 16:13). He will cause you to see that sickness is a pathological condition, yes, a deception of the mind and it can be removed through faith. All sickness can be healed by the power of the anointing, so claim this truth, and claim it by faith.

Aquainting yourself intimately with Christ you will have the same anointed mind as He. The anointing plants a seed of eternal life within, and the power of God is in that seed. That seed contains the yolk destroying, everlasting healing, liberated freedom, mind elucidating eternal life.

Jesus performed and manifested God's glory. Jesus openly displayed His greatness and power for all His disciples to see. And you too shall see the glory when you believe trust and rely on Him, and in the powerful manifestations of His divine works. Then He will use you to display His mighty works.

The Lord your God will prepare you as a vessel for His glory. He will make known to you His power and authority, by showing you the wealth of His glory. (See Romans 9:23). He will design your vessel for beauty and distinction and honorable use, fully intending to ignite you with the fire of His glory.

If you are a Christian, you are the body of the Anointed One, which means you are the body of the anointing. Thus, the anointing abides in you now and the whole body of Christ is joined and held together by every supporting ligament. So when each individual part works as it should, the whole body grows and builds itself up through love. (See Ephesians 4:1-16).

By the hands of God our vessels were created for holding on to one another, joined and bonded as one. Thus when we walk in the Word, we can regain honorable relationships and walk together in the anointing. For you see, love walks with love, hate walks with hate, the anointed ones walk together so the glory can prevail.

It is well for you to know that no one can carry the glory alone. It must be carried upon the shoulders of the entire body of Christ. It is so powerful that if you attempt to carry it alone, you will die from the illuminating rays.

The glory is the Spirit of the Living God, and those "who revere and worship Him shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings and His beams, and you shall go forth and gambol like calves (released) from the stall and leap with joy." (Malachi 4:2).

Jesus is The Sun, your incandescent source Who radiates energy in the form of fiery heat. He emits beaming rays of light, which acts as a form of radiation without the harmful effects. His invisible light rays penetrate contaminating matter, and the fury of the heat heals. It fuses damaged bones and tissues and wounds, and restores them to their natural condition.

The Sun restores to health all disease and turns painful emotions into joy and gladness. It brings about reconciliation, re-establishes friendships, and induces love. His wings beam so radiantly it heals cancer, all blood disease, addictions, including aids in the blink of an eye. Anything evil or distressing, His blazing glory mends, for those who believe and love and worship Him.

It is your choice to believe in sickness and poverty, or in health and prosperity. Whatever you believe in is exactly what you will receive. Believe in Christ Jesus and the anointing then, and the yolk that holds you bound to sickness and poverty will be destroyed. Lack of faith will bind the yoke upon your shoulders, and sick and broke your spirit will be. Protect the anointing through faith and worship so your entire being will be prosperous and gloriously healed.

How Do We Get The Anointing?

Christ is the expectancy of the glory, for the anointing expects it to come. Expect not failure, rather, expect to see the magnificent splendor, the glory in the wings of fire and take a stand in faith. Shout out loud, "I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. I know how to be abased and live humbly in systematic circumstances, and I know how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I know the secret of facing every situation, having sufficiency and enough to spare without being in want.

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me, and the fruits of my harvest will increase and accumulate to my account. I have everything I need in ample supply, and I welcome God's gifts with a delightful heart. My God will liberally supply all my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. My Father be glory forever throughout eternity, and The Anointed One is in my Spirit, healing with His radiant wings of fire."

God's love for you is so emmence He commanded the Sun to illuminate within, to supply you with operating knowledge. And the Sun is the exact light that lights all of heaven, clarifying the mystics of God's message. The Word of God is understood under the anointing, where the light is commanded to shine. Satan brought darkness upon the Gospel seeking to hide God's awesome mystics, but "ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the fields" (Zechariah 10:1). Ask for the ultimate, not just for the harvesting of your crops, but for the outpouring of the glory.

Ask of God Who gives graciously His wisdom to all, for knowledge of the glory. You have within the glory of God, therefore you have the ability to bring it to reality. Expect the glory to bring you into heaven itself, and out of the times of trouble. Ask, then wait patiently standing firm, grumbling not, expecting to see the brilliance of heaven. Expect the treasures within your earthen vessel to manifest in your life today. A miracle is awaiting within your faith, so ask in expectancy, knowing you will receive from a God Who loves you dearly.

God's Words are the glorious Gospel and they are life to those who find them. When you receive His Words you will bond with the glory. Study the new testament, it is filled with the power of The Light. God walked upon the earth filled with the glory of Christ and His Anointing, and He came to baptize you with wind and fire. When you seek above and beyond all else to have an intimate relationship with the anointing and His glory, you'll receive resurrection power. You'll receive the same glory that raised Jesus from the dead.

There is an anointing for every purpose unto heaven. There is an anointing to heal, one to deliver, one to bring you out of poverty, one to create, and one to live forever. There is an anointing for everything you want to accomplish, and you are self-sufficient through Christ's sufficiency.

If He tells you to mow the lawn next door, He will anoint you to do it. If He urges you to clean your house, He will quicken your spirit with efficiency and power. He will anoint you for every purpose, empowering you until the job is finished. He anoints for parenting, raking leaves, cooking, doing laundry, whatever the task need be.

Therefore we do not become discouraged, (utterly
spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out.) For our light
momentary affliction is ever more and more abundantly
preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting
weight of glory (beyond all measure, excessively surpassing
all comparisons and all calculations, a vast transcendent
glory and blessedness never to cease).
(II Corinthians 16:16-17).

Every task you are willing to carry out for the service of the Lord, you'll receive an ever increasing weight of glory. When we agreeably comply to His tasks, He anoints for other jobs, ones that lead to our purpose. Be willing then, to go beyond your means and do not become discouraged, for its but a preparation for your vast and supreme victory.

God glorified Christ Jesus so that you may have a glorified life. He glorified and restored Him to majesty and honor so He could glorify you. He glorified Him upon earth by completing the work that God gave Him to do. When you receive Him and join in His glory, the uttered Words God gave to Him, He will give to you, along with His Name, authority and power.

And when you receive and accept His Words, you will be made full, complete, and perfect in them and experience delight fulfilled in them. And His enjoyment will be perfected in your soul, thus you will have His joy within them filling your heart.

But Jesus' job can only be accomplished if you resist poverty and sickness by pressing against the pangs of the flesh. Crucify your flesh by the Word of God. That is your part in Jesus' suffering. John came to baptize with water, but Jesus came to baptize with the power of the Holy Spirit. If you want to know the resurrection and have relationship with Jesus in His suffering, you will resist the temptation of sickness and disease. You will take your anointed medicine and let it work.

God grieves when we accept sickness and poverty as any good father would. Therefore I urge you to practice casting down everything that exalts itself against the Word of God and let the healing flow. When you protect the anointing, God says "I will be to you a wall of fire round about, and I will be the glory in the midst of you" (Zechariah 2:5). Holy Ghost fire will dwell within acting as a torch so nothing can harm or destroy your vessel. He will build a shield of fire within and around you, so that satan and his advocates cannot prevail against you.
